Every tune is iterated against real datalogs. Here are three things the platform has actually done — not what it might do.
May 2026: datalogs showed mid-range AFR 13.05 vs target 11.5 (lean). Applied +30% enrichment to lambda rows 10-13. Result: 5500-6000 RPM band now hits 11.91 AFR. Full pull saved to scorecard.
"Build Next Revision" button reads latest datalog, computes AFR delta vs target, sizes enrichment + timing. Generated V13_AI_Enr17_T3p0 from V12 data: "Mid-range AFR 12.91, delta +1.41 → 1.17× enrichment. Knock 1.82V severe → -2.25° timing rows 12-15."
Community XDF for MSV80 was ~25% wrong — pointing at VANOS table instead of fuel map. Heuristic scanner finds smooth data regions in a 2 MB binary in ~12s, then AI confirms table type with byte-level reasoning. Built to avoid a class of dangerous tuning mistakes.
"I'd been chasing a high-RPM AFR problem on my 328xi for months. I uploaded the binary, the platform spotted my XDF was wrong about which map was the WOT lambda table, and we iterated V8 → V12 over a few weekends — datalog in, scorecard out, generate, flash, repeat. Mid-range now hits target."

I'm Todd (@Fast_imports3). Factory-certified Yamaha tech at 18, WyoTech-trained, raced two-stroke jetskis, built rotary engines, lived under European hoods. When I wanted to tune my BMW N51 on E85, I had the mechanical instinct — but didn't know a lambda table from a load axis.
Pre-built map packs only covered a handful of ECUs. Open-source definitions were scattered, outdated, or outright wrong. Paid services charged $500+ for generic tunes you couldn't iterate on. If your vehicle wasn't on the "supported" list — tough luck. The tuning world had been gatekept for decades.
I burned through 22 E85 revisions and 5 pump-gas revisions before cracking it — flat 2.5x fuel scaling, the EGS transmission module owning kickdown, lambda targets living outside the cal block. Every failure taught me something no documentation covered. That's when it clicked: an AI that watches every byte change and every datalog result — paired with a growing database of real, user-contributed maps — could do this for ANY binary, not just mine.
